Olive Lee Lindop Obituary (1939

Olive Lee Lindop was born on December 16, 1939 in Midlothian, Texas to the late Iva Morrine and John Franklin Hedgepeth. She graduated from Midlothian High School in 1958. She attended college for one year at Sam Houston State Teachers College. She was a secretary to the president of W.L Gordan Food Brockrage in Dallas for 25 years. She was a member Midlothian Methodist Church in her younger years. After she married she became a member and teacher at the Ovilla Methodist Church. She loved to travel and went on three cruises to the Caribbean, Alaska and Europe. She passed away on August 9, 2020. She was preceded in death by her sister Betty Morrision of Augular, Colorado. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother before passing away to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She will be greatly missed by all who know and loved her. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Donald Dwight Lindop, her son Brian Lindop and wife Kecia. Her Grandchild London Lindop. Brothers Howell Hedgepeth and wife Shirly, C.E. Hedgepeth and wife Mary & John Hedgepeth. Along with a host of nieces and nephews.
