Glynn Edward Gilleland Obituary (1937

Glynn was born in Dallas, Texas and attended Sunset High School. He remained in Oak Cliff until his later years and moved to Venus to live in a retirement village in 2010. He attended the Shiloh Cowboy Church of Venus. Glynn was a servant and loved the Lord. He was always giving to the needy an helping those in need. Glynn loved his family and you never left seeing him without a hug and being told how much he loved you. His laugh and smile filled the room. Glynn will be dearly missed by all that knew him. He is survived by his children, Darrel Gilleland and wife, Judy, Vicki Hicks and Gaither and Kim Hooper and Gary, brother Ronald Gilleland and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
