Evonne Dell Smith Obituary (1947

Evonne Smith, 72, born in Deport, TX on January 3rd, 1947 to Malcolm and Thelma Wright. Evonne passed away peacefully Wednesday, November, 6th in her home while surrounded by her loving family. After graduating from college, she met the love of her life, David Smith. Evonne and David were blessed with 49 years of marriage and had twins, one son Brent and one daughter Kristin. Evonne was an elementary school teacher and retired from Midlothian ISD after 26 years. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Evonne was known as a follower of Christ, a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend and a quiet supporter to all. Evonne will be dearly missed by those blessed to have shared in this life with her.
