Don Reagan Dabbs

Don Reagan Dabbs, 70, was born March 17, 1946 in Frankston, TX to Nora and Zoyd Dabbs. He passed away April 20, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. He was in the Air Force and served in the Vietnam War. After his service, he lived in Topeka, KS for a short time before moving back to Texas to work for Proctor and Gambill before finding his job at Chaparral where he stayed until he retired. He loved to ride his Harley in his early days, making his appearance at Sturgis as often as he could. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Don joined the Vertical Church in 2013 and was baptized in 2014. He was a hard- working, loving, strong-willed father, grandfather and friend who will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nora Dabbs, father, Zoyd Dabbs, sisters, Rachel Winders and Dixie Gardner and daughter, LaDonna Conrad. He is survived by his daughter, Sondra Schramm of Desoto, KS., grandchildren, Michelle Dabbs of Desoto, KS, T J Gomez and wife, Kelsey of Desoto, KS, Dawn Hale of Linwood, KS, Shane Schramm of Lawrence, KS and Erin Conrad of Eudora, KS, great-grandchildren, Brayden Conrad, Brynnlee Kraus, Stryker Kraus, Jaxon Gomez, Saylor Gomez, Hunter Hale, Tucker Hale and Tanner Hale.
