Deryl Lynn Litchford Obituary (1947

Deryl Lynn Litchford passed away peacefully October 11, 2017 at Dallas Methodist Medical Center after a long, but courageous battle with heart disease. At his passing he was surrounded by his wife, Carol and their beloved daughter, Laura. Deryl was born in McKinney, Collin County, TX on September 2, 1947 to M.C and Juanita Litchford. D and Carol were married 47 years and raised one daughter, Laura Lynn. Deryl worked and retired from the beverage industry. His interests were vintage cars, his Harley Davidson Softtail Deuce, anything rusty and a good casino. His talents were many and included working with wood, painting and creative projects planning and execution. He enjoyed traveling with family and friends, which he and Carol did so widely. Deryl's loyal nature and quick wit was appreciated by most and will be missed by many. He was a devoted Husband, Daddy, Papa, Father/Brother-In-Law, Uncle and Friend. He is survived by his wife, Carol, daughter, Laura and her husband Ron Folwell and precious granddaughter, Claire Elizabeth Folwell, brother, Mike Litchford and sister, Nita Lewallen.
